Volker Seubert, owner of SEUBERT HR, has more than 15 years experience in different international HR leadership roles. The focus has been recruitment and leadership-/team development, from starting up sites in Germany and Eastern Europe to the development of a European-wide leadership program. He learned the professional executive search business from the bottom up and has had the chance to use this knowledge continually in day to day HR practice. As Human Resources Director his last role was to support a European business unit with several thousand employees. In addition he supported the newly founded German Association for HR Managers by helping to launch a HR Social Media Think Tank which he led for the first two years.
As an owner managed business, we collaborate on a project basis with different partners in our network and, as such, create interdisciplinary teams to achieve our client’s goals. This is always carried out according to our standard: analytical, accurate and fast.
We also maintain, on an international scale, an extensive network and execute cross-border projects with cultural awareness in German, English, French or – if necessary – in the local language together with one of our partners in country. Our main expertise has been in the Russian and French markets.
